The platform sits behind sign-in
Your audits, OEE calculations, Lean diagnostics and action plans all live behind authentication. Every record is tied to your account and protected by database row-level security, so other users can’t read your data.
You own your data — and you can take it
Export any audit or calculation to PDF or Excel at any time. Your work isn’t locked inside the tool: if you ever leave, you leave with everything.
The AI analyses your numbers — it doesn’t learn from them
When you ask for an AI analysis, the relevant figures are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to generate that recommendation. They are not used to train models. The API key stays server-side and is never exposed to your browser.
Built on proven infrastructure
Storage and authentication run on Supabase (managed PostgreSQL); the app is deployed on Vercel. We didn’t roll our own authentication or cryptography — we stand on infrastructure that thousands of companies already trust.
Works offline, syncs when you’re back
ngaide is local-first: your work is cached in your browser so a workshop’s weak Wi-Fi never blocks an audit, then synced to your private space the moment you’re signed in.
Free to use — sign-in still required
No credit card is required, and every module is included with your account. Authentication is still required — a free account keeps your data private and synced; it doesn’t remove sign-in.
Where we are — honestly
ngaide is an early-stage product built by an industrial engineer. If your procurement needs a formal Data Processing Agreement, data-residency details, or a security questionnaire filled in, email contact@ngaide.com — we’ll tell you exactly where we stand rather than wave a badge we haven’t earned.
